Polyester veil combo chopped strand mat is a fiber combo felt sheet. When producing chopped strand mat, spread polyester veil on it, then forming with powder bond by high-temperature drying.

Its features:

Solve the wrinkling phenomenon of polyester veil when forming singly
Effectively cover the glass fiber veins and improve surface consistency.
High resin absorption rate and better surface smoothness
Enhance the weather resistance of products and make their surface UV resistant

Application:

Compatiable with reinforeced unsaturated polyester resin, vinlylester resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin and polyurethane resin etc.
Forming process includes pultrusion, RTM, continuous plate process etc.
The typical end-use applications are various pultruded tubes or profiles with higher requests on outlook.
